Okay, so this is an old project i have that i'm attempting to revive. Meaning, i successfully got the project to load and work on my webserver;
However, When i visit my page; all the text, certain boxes are everywhere; meaning the website is unusable do to the fact that it's not organized like it was.
I'm guessing it's a(n) CSS/Jquery issue? 
as you can see in the image above; this is supposed to be a small box in the center of the screen, with the search bar ontop, and the check mark to the left of "TOS" warning.
Anyone know why?
sorry if this seems choppy, really haven't slept in a bit, been trying to get this up and running.
BTW; if this helps; running Laravel 4.2; MariaDB; Centos 7 x64;
