Laravel empty request

I am trying to figure out working with xml-rpc with Laravel 5.4 I am using Open HttpRequester for sending xml request to Laravel, It returns 200 OK status code, but i am not able to process the request data.

I ve got the request routed to a controller with just one method (testMethod), with following content:

this request only return a blank array.

What am i doing wrong?
