Good day,
A laravel website was developed for me by my local web developer. Initially the site was hosted using github + laravel forge + Linode + namecheap private email without any issue.
Due to the costs of running the website that's behind what i can afford cos of the recession taking place in my home country, i opted to host the site on namecheap shared hosting.
The web developer moved it for me and everything works fine except the fact that i can't access my admin backoffice / admin backend.

Please can someone help guide me what might be causing the problem?
