Im new on laravel and i try to make my first project for practice. I try to migrate and the output is nothing to migrate. Im using last version of WTSERVER on windows 7 and laravel 5.4. I search for the problem and nothing. The strange is the migrations table created successfully but nothing else. The env file is correct. I have 2 database and i create new databases but nothing. I try to migrate with "full" path to databases, i try to rollback and more and nothing happens, no errors too and logs is empty.
